We provide services in a non-judgmental manner. We are here to help YOU! CCI also works with birth fathers and other family members, if desired. Services can be provided in your home town or in whatever location you desire. Services Provided CCI provides you with hope for unplanned pregnancies. When working with CCI, you will have someone to talk to who is non-judgmental and who can provide you with resources, decision making tools and information to help you make the best decision for you and your child's future life. Adoption Openness You decide what level of openness you prefer for your adoption. You decide if you want to meet the prospective adoptive parents or if you want to have on-going contact with them. We can help you decide what level of openness you are comfortable buy you make the decision yourself. Qualifications of Adoptive Parents Adoptive parents must successfully complete a home study process in order to be eligible to adopt a child. This includes an investigation into their family background, parenting skills, home environment, health, employment, finances, marital relationships, other children or any others living in the home. They have their criminal history reports and provide doctor's statements and written reference letters so you can feel comfortable that prospective adoptive parents have been thoroughly checked out. Counseling Services We can provide you with birth parent counseling before you give birth. We also provide you with birth parent counseling after your child's birth to help you deal with any feelings of loss that you may experience. Confidentiality You are assured of total confidentiality. At no time will your name be released unless you give us approval in advance. No Costs All adoption expenses should be the responsibility of the adoptive parents, including legal fees and help with medical expenses, in needed. Do You Need Help?
